After outsourcing its Black Friday deals, Apple is gettign ready for consumers’ holiday shopping sprees with a special discount of $60 that comes in the form of gift cards with the purchase of Beats audio products.

The Cupertino-based company recently started to offer $60 gift cards bundled with some of its products, namely Beats headphones and speakers. The offer stands for a limited amount of time and aims to persuade more people to access the Apple Music subscription service.

With the $60 gift card, a client can sign up for nearly six months of Apple Music membership for solo or four months’ use, if they choose to commit to the family package. The Family Plan for Apple Music allows up to six relatives to customize their musical streaming experience while using only one account for a price point of $15 per month.

Just as well, the $60 credit can go towards iBooks, iTunes, App Store items, Mac App Store purchases or subscriptions.

Apple’s offer stands from Dec. 3 to Dec. 28 and buyers can get the discount prices for Beats headphones in several ways: from the Apple Store, online at Apple.com or by calling 1-(800)-MY-APPLE to place their order.

The $60 Apple Music/iTunes gift cards come alongside the following items: Beats Studio Headphones, Beats Pro Headphones, Beats Studio Wireless Headphones, Beats Solo2 Wireless Headphones, Beats Solo2 Headphones, Beats Powerbeats2 Wireless In-Ear Headphones, Beats Tour2 Headphones, Beats Powerbeats2 Headphones and the Beats Pill+ Speaker.

The deal, however, does not apply for the urBeats in-ear headphones, priced at $99. Nevertheless, the gift card allows you to get the Tour2 in-ear headphones for $70, instead of the regular $129 price.

A notable mention goes to the Pill+ speaker, which gets a reduced price of $170, down from the default $229 price tag. Apple’s offer beats rival deals on the market, such as Amazon’s $195.

As previously mentioned, the $60 gift card can be redeemed online, over the phone or in brick-and-mortar stores. It only covers the highlighted models of Beats headphones and speakers.

This is not the first time Apple has capitalized on Beats’ popularity in order to push its brand products or services. Earlier this year, the iPhone manufacturer offered a free pair of Beats Solo 2 headphones for any customer who bought eligible Macs during its Back to School program.
