The Department of Technical Education (DTE), Karnataka, has released the diploma results for the semester exams conducted in April to May 2015, at 3 pm on July 13.
The candidates who appeared in semesters first, third and fifth can now check their results on the official website of DTE – the Board of Technical Examinations.
The Department of Technical Education Karnataka conducts exams for the first, third and fifth semesters for 574 polytechnic colleges, fine arts institutes, engineering colleges, film and junior technical schools every year between April and May.
The students can check their results by following the steps mentioned below:
Go to the official site, www.dte.kar.nic.in
- Click on the link provided for checking results
- Enter your institute code
- Insert your registration number
- Enter your semester
- Click on submit
The results will be displayed on the computer screens.
The candidates can also access their results through the board’s SMS service. They can do so by typing ‘ Result<space>DTE<space>Registration number’ and send it to 56263. This option is available only for first semester students.
The students who are not satisfied with their result and wish to apply for re-evaluation can do so through the official site. The result for the re-evaluated papers will be declared a month after the announcement of Karnataka Diploma 2015 results.
