A top-tier, full-service music and talent management, integrated media and advisory firm is seeking an experienced, motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to provide digital marketing support across all clients. This role must show a keen interest in working in the online marketing space.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Grow and maintain artists’ social network audiences + fanbase databases
  • Identify and execute marketing opportunities with new technologies and partners
  • Design and execute contesting for exposure and audience growth and capture, using digital tools and partnerships
  • Assist in the creation of content strategies, editorial calendars and publishing schedules
  • Identify and research high impact content types to drive maximum reach and engagement for artist sites
  • Maintain artist “voice” in all outgoing communications
  • Develop and execute plans to highlight and stimulate user-generated content
  • Manage ongoing quality assurance of artists’ online presences
  • Research, gather, plan and post compelling content that supports the voice, tone and style of our artists
  • Analyze campaigns and create reports for audio/video content launches, newsletter campaigns, and more
QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities:

  • Social Media Obsessed: Demonstrated knowledge of and professional experience with all social platforms
  • Comprehensive knowledge of overall digital trends and resources
  • Comfortable with basic code and website management platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent at problem solving, not taking “no” for an answer
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Creative, collaborative, and innovative thinking skills
  • Self-starter with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Adaptive to change and consistently meets deadlines
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders is essential

Experience:

  • Deep love of music, pop culture and understanding of the “fan” mentality and digital experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to develop content for online use
  • Experience writing copy and creation of photo/video content
  • Adept to work in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • College degree; entertainment experience preferred
