Educational qualification:
The candidates needs to have completed their graduation from a recognised university/institution with relevant experience in the concerned field
The candidates need to hold an analogous posts or equivalent on regular basis in the parent cadre or department
Or
The candidate should have a relevant experience of the regular service in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent
Age limit: The candidate should not be more than 56 years of age till the last date of submitting application.
Pay scale:
Senior Private Secretary: Rs 9,300- Rs 34,800 + Grade Pay of Rs 4,800 per month
Private Secretary: Pay Band with Grade Pay of Rs 4,600 per month
Stenographer: Pay Band with Grade Pay of Rs 4,200 per month
