An increment was observed in the pass percentage of students, who have appeared for the Odisha matriculation supplementary exam. Out of total 16129 students who appeared for the exam, 4563 students passed
President of the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) D P Nanda, who announced the results said that an improvement has been seen in the pass percentage, as last year only 24.4 percent cleared the exam, whereas this time the percentage increased to 28.52. But like last year no student secured A1 grade and only two students made it to A2 grade.
According to DP Nanda, soon after the announcement of the results, arrangements had been made to send all mark sheets and migration certificates of the students to all schools by July 20 so that they could
proceed for the plus two stream admissions.
